Abstract: brushless DC motor becomes one of the hot topics of motor control system in recently,. It has the structure without brush and its speed adjusting performances are good. Genetic algorithm is a search algorithm with guiding and heuristic. It has higher search efficiency. Genetic optimization algorithm was proposed synthetically in fuzzy control in this paper. In the two closed loop control system of brushless DC motor, the fuzzy controller optimized by GA was introduced in its speed loop. The result of simulation shows that the proposed algorithm has good dynamic performance and the robust.
